Hi there!
I’m excited to introduce myself and share the heart behind AlignUp Life Coaching. With years of experience and extensive training in education, human development, brain science, health, and personal wellness, my greatest passion lies in helping teens and young adults thrive in their personal journeys.
As an educator for over 18 years in a high school setting, I’ve witnessed firsthand the struggles teens face. That’s why I created AlignUp—a life coaching curriculum rooted in both academic knowledge and personal growth. It’s a powerful blend of what I’ve learned through college, graduate studies, and lived experience. AlignUp begins by building a strong two-part foundation:
From there, we explore every area of life—relationships, hobbies, social media, habits, and behaviors—to assess whether they align with their values and purpose. When misalignments are found, clients learn how to release what no longer serves them and make space for what truly does. I’m here to educate, listen, empathize, guide, encourage, celebrate, and instill courage in every client. My mission is to help teens and young adults live an authentic values-based life, with confidence and clarity, as they step into the life they’re meant to lead. Gratefully, Mandie Wilder
